Dave Hickey has been a professional hairdresser in New York City for over 15 years. He’s a versatile artiste who has mastered the art of coloring, cutting, and styling. He’s known for his subtle hand with blondes and long-lasting cuts.

For the last 3 years, Dave’s downtown atelier Hickey Hair has been a fixture of the East Village art scene but he perfected his craft uptown, in the high-end salons of the Upper East Side - most recently at Kenneth Salon in the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel.

Mr. Hickey has also worked in Film and Television with a diverse group of celebrities like Meryl Streep, Joan Rivers, Tori Spelling, Michelle Rodriguez as well as members of Live and the Beastie Boys.
